The device coats the electrochemical material on the anti-corrosion substrate and uses a rotating machine to immerse the electrode sheets in the brine tank and the clean water regeneration tank. During the power-on process, the electrode surface undergoes electrosorption, and lithium ions are adsorbed from the brine to the electrode surface; in the subsequent electro-desorption process, a reverse electric field is applied, and lithium ions are desorbed from the electrode surface and enter the regeneration liquid.
The device has the characteristics of high selectivity and high efficiency, and can efficiently extract lithium ions from brine. It also has good regeneration ability and a long service life, making it suitable for large-scale lithium recovery applications.
