This device combines the principle of electrochemical adsorption with membrane stack technology. By accurately controlling the liquid flow and electric field, it significantly improves the lithium extraction efficiency and effectively reduces the problem of back-mixing of the raw material liquid. The pump set is used to control the flow of liquid, ensure efficient circulation of raw brine solution and clean water regeneration solution, and push the liquid through the membrane stack for electroadsorption and desorption reactions.

After the electric field is applied, the lithium ions are adsorbed on the electrode surface to complete the extraction of lithium ions. The regenerated water enters the membrane stack chamber through the pump group. Under the action of the reverse electric field, the lithium ions on the electrode surface are desorbed and enter the regeneration liquid, thereby realizing the recovery of lithium ions; after increasing the number of membrane stack groups, the processing capacity of the device can be greatly improved to adapt to the larger-scale lithium extraction needs and meet the requirements of industrial production.
