Application scenarios:

Planetary ball mill is suitable for wet and dry grinding and refinement of hard, medium hard, brittle and fibrous materials. The sample fineness can be less than 100nm. It can also be used for grinding solids in suspension, sample mixing and homogenization, and metal alloying, etc., and can achieve excellent results. How it works

Under the effect of the grinding carrier's geometric structure and special movement mode, the high-frequency and high-intensity collision, shearing and friction directly generated between the grinding medium and the sample ultimately achieve an extremely good grinding effect on the sample, with the characteristics of fast processing speed, small, uniform and precise sample size, etc.

① Pulsation. The materials move away from the center of revolution as a whole in a group, and after the drum rotates to a certain angle, they slide in the opposite direction of the rotation. The grinding body pushes the powder layer on the mill, exerting compression, shearing and friction on the materials.

② Throwing. When the material rotates to a certain angle with the grinding drum, the pressure on the drum wall is equal to zero and it leaves the drum wall and falls, exerting an impact on the material.

③ Circulation. The material rises along the concentric circle trajectory, and then falls layer by layer in a circular state, exerting extrusion, grinding and friction on the powder.

④The material moves in a circular motion with the grinding balls and slides relative to them, exerting a friction effect on the powder.

⑤ Tightly attached. The material on the cylinder wall rotates with the grinding cylinder without sliding, and loses the crushing effect, but it can be used to protect the inner wall of the grinding cylinder and reduce wear. The main ultra-fine crushing effects are circulation and sliding motion.
